I am an 85 year old member of Bosham Sailing Club in Chichester Harbour. I gave up cruising my 47ft Janeau Sunkiss some years ago. I still sail my Chichester Scow, and two months ago decided to buy an immaculate shrimper 19 from a fellow club member.

Sadly I have found that I am simply not  agile enough to get about her, and reluctantly I have had her taken off her mooring and she now lies in Bosham Boat Yard.

Full details of this fully equipped vessel and trailer are available from my broker Reg Stacey at   Tel 07803 922487

Or if you like to call me I will send you complete details and will be happy to chat

Details of inboard mark I Cornish Shrimper.

Navy Blue hull with white topsides.

  • Constructed in 1989, and I have been second owner me since 1999. Sailed on North Norfolk coast initially, and then on the Norfolk Broads during the last six years. Carefully maintained and serviced, and kept ashore during winter, and for all of 2019. I wish to sell because I now spend the summers in France. The boat has a valid BSC until 18.4.21. I stripped off all the woodwork, including spars, and re-varnished during the winter 2018, and all the rigging and fixings were checked while the mast was down. There are some superficial scratch marks on the hull where the tender rubbed while the boat was on a swinging mooring.
  • Inboard Yanmar 10 diesel engine. Last full service at end of 2017 with new water pump impellor. Engine not used very much in 2018, and not at all in 2019.
  • New prop shaft, bearings and prop in 2007
  • New shrouds and rigging screws in 2007
  • New berth cushions in 2007
  • New jib 2013
  • New mainsail and cover 2017
  • Cock-pit cover, winter cover, cock-pit tent, cock-pit cushions
  • CQ anchor with 10 metres galvanised chain and 40 metres warp. kedge anchor
  • Mooring lines and 4 fenders
  • Tricolour nav lights.
  • VHF radio (not DSC)
  • Steering compass and echo sounder
  • Porta-potti
  • Single burner gas stove in gimbals
  • Water container with pump and wash bucket
  • Plastic boarding ladder
  • Stainless steel pull-pit and push pit. (and also midship guard lines and stanchions, but not fitted to enable easier handling of jib sheets)
  • Road trailer and launching trolley
