She has been pleasure sailed only in Poole Harbour and beautifully maintained to a looks like new condition.

She was bought new from Cornish Crabbers and built to a very high specification.

Mk1 Cornish Shrimper, “Daisy”

The eponymous muse for Sam Llewelyn’s “The Minimum Boat” series in Practical Boat Owner.

Berthed at the Holy Loch Marina, Scotland, Stored in shed over winter periods


Many improvements over the standard Shrimper including teak decks to cockpit and anchor well and a bespoke teak main hatch.

Sails and spars

  • Cream main and roller furling jib by Jeckylls, 2008, valeted and serviced 2018.
