It is 200 yards from the centre of Newport, with it’s shops restaurants and pubs, and 400 yards from the estuary where a mooring is available for a Shrimper. One well behaved pet is welcome.

PENPOL, St Just in Roseland, Cornwall, and “Egret”
Whether you want to explore new territory without the hassle of towing your own boat, or are looking to purchase a Shrimper and want to “try before you buy”, a holiday staying in this charming cottage overlooking St Just Creek is the perfect solution. Sleeping 5/6, the cottage has two bathrooms, a gas barbeque for the summer and a state of the art woodburner for the cooler months. The attractive garden is enclosed, and the cottage stands on its own surrounded by fields. It is in an idyllic setting with views to die for. The cottage can be taken either with or without our Shrimper “Egret” (outboard), which is moored in the creek below, and is supplied with a tender and full tank of fuel. Falmouth Harbour offers fantastic opportunities for exploring with many rivers to venture up, and many lovely beaches best reached by boat. For the non-sailors, there are stunning walks which can be taken from the door of the cottage. A two man sea kayak is also available for seagoing adventures not under sail. has stunning water views over the Fal estuary. A lovely house in the picturesque village of St Just-in-Roseland. Sleeps 2/6 in three bedrooms, there are two bathrooms, a large sitting room/dining room and and very well equipped kitchen. A large terrace where you can enjoy a drink and watch fabulous sunsets. Oil fired central heating for those chilly shoulder months or a lovely christmas or New Year Break.
Boats can be launched at St Just Creek just below the house. We have parking for two cars and a boat trailer.
